  Eric Eggert and his team are beyond your expectation, always professional, courteous, and knowledgable. Eric is a life saver, I have recently become the President of my building association, I also am acting as resident manager. Eric has been my wikipedia when it came to renegotiating all our building policies. His vast knowledge is astonishing, not to mention his eagerness to assist in all and any areas.
